Day 1.

Capture Travel created the perfect 3 day itinerary recommending restaurants, bars and things to do.

We arrived in London at 11:30 am giving us a few hours to wonder around and decide what we wanted to do for the evening. before check in. As you arrive in Victoria Station the very first thing we did was purchase an oyster card. Capture Travel recommended topping up by £20 for the 3-4 days. This way you can travel hassle free through the underground tubes!

Before we began the itinerary, first things first- A West End show. One thing I love to do when I travel to London is grab myself a show ticket. The best way to do that is on the day of the show because tickets are much cheaper at Piccadilly Circus. We decided to get a ticket for Wicked for £27.50! What a bargain!

Capture Travel recommended The National History Museum. The magnificent exhibitions including the young Blue Whale skeleton in the Hintze Hall, they also have a butterfly exhibition until July! The main museum is free, but there is a small entrance fee to enter the butterfly section.

We also took a stroll to the National Gallery in London were you can visit some of Van Gogh's most famous paintings- Free of charge of course!

DAY 2

It was a very busy day- the best kind of day.

- PARLIAMENT, THE LONDON EYE, SOUTH BANK, THE THAMES + TATE MODERN + PUB CRAWL

We started the day off by having a picnic in Hyde park. Close to the hostel is super cheap grocery stores so we filled up with some yummy treats and took the tube!

From Euston Station (directions above) take the Victoria Line (Brixton) 3 stops to Green Park then change to the Jubilee Line (Stratford) to Westminster. Here you will get to see Big Ben, Westminister Abbey. Southbank is one of my favourite to walk by and explore. There is a huge range of coffee shops, street food and plenty of entertainment.

After a day of exploring the city of London it was time for the evening activities. Capture Travel organised a pub crawl in the the creative quarter of London known as Camden. It is quirky, cheap and super accessible! It was a great way to meet travellers from all over the world while trying drinks in the coolest bars!

"you get free shots, free entry, jump the queues and discounts on drinks at all venues.."

How could you say no?

DAY 3

After checking out at 10am the hostel was happy enough to take our bags while we headed back into check out the famous Camden markets. If you are a big foodie like me and what to try some freshly squeezed orange juice while snacking on bubble waffles then this is the perfect place for you!

After three days of roaming, wandering and exploring, Capture Travel managed to literally 'capture' the essence of London. From organising flights, transfers, hostels, itineraries and ensuring we had all questions answered it was a trip to remember.
